OSHA Walkaround Rule Favors Unions Over Main Street

In response to OSHA’s release of Its Worker Walkaround Rule, Job Creators Network President Alfredo Ortiz issued the following statement:

“Once again the Biden Administration is putting unions over the interests of Main Street. With this illegal and ill-conceived rule, non-employee union representatives across the country will be given access, courtesy of OSHA, to small business workplaces. This rule will clear the path for union intimidation of small businesses, who are still struggling to make payroll and stay operational under the crushing weight of Bidenomics.”
