“The House of Representatives has put aside partisanship to do what’s best for small businesses and ordinary Americans by passing this tax cut legislation. This bill extends key tax cuts that small businesses rely on to hire, expand, and grow the American economy. For instance, the 100% immediate expensing provision has been called a ‘game-changer’ by small businesses looking to thrive. These tax cuts are especially important to counteract the broader economic pain small businesses are experiencing under the Biden administration and Democratic policies. Chairman Smith deserves special recognition for brokering this bipartisan tax cut deal. On behalf of all American small businesses, JCN urges the Senate to quickly pass this legislation and send it to President Biden’s desk to be signed into law.”
