Job Creators Network Cheers Senate Victory

Washington, D.C. (November 6, 2018)—The Job Creators Network celebrated Republican victories in the Senate tonight and pledged to work with the new majority on making the tax cuts permanent, market-based healthcare solutions, and other policies to grow the economy.

“This is a great outcome for small business,” said JCN President and CEO Alfredo Ortiz. “The tax cuts and other economic policies of the past two years have been a blessing for small business and we are very happy that there will be a majority in the Senate next year to protect those gains and build on the progress.”

JCN’s top priority for the next year is legislation that would make permanent the small business and individual tax cuts that are a part of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. This was a main focus of JCN’s recently concluded Tax Cuts Work campaign, which included a nationwide bus tour that traveled the country touting the benefits of the tax cuts.
