WIDESPREAD CANCELLATIONS SHOW FOLLY OF PRESIDENT BIDEN’S BURDENSOME VACCINE MANDATE

In response to news of widespread cancellations by Southwest Airlines and rumors of cancellations by Amtrak and American Airlines, Alfredo Ortiz released the following statement:

“As if his policies weren’t bad enough for the economy and small businesses, President Biden is now personally responsible widespread shortages due to his vaccine mandate that are preventing businesses from meeting consumer demand. The country is already experiencing its biggest labor shortage in history, and the vaccine mandate will only make it harder for businesses like Southwest — but also small businesses — to maintain their workforces. The vaccine mandate is a federal power grab that makes it even harder for small businesses to compete and serve their customers. President Biden must cancel this mandate.”
