Washington, D.C. (February 14, 2023) – Today, Alfredo Ortiz, president and CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement in response to the latest Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index report,  showing inflation increased by 6.4% in January:

“Bidenflation isn’t going anywhere, and by some measures, it’s increasing as a result of Democrats’ reckless spending. In January, inflation grew nearly 50% faster than average wages, the 22nd consecutive month ordinary workers have seen their real wages fall. Ongoing declining living standards as a result of persistently high inflation is Biden’s poisoned arrow shot through the heart of hardworking Americans.”
