Job Creators Network Slams Kamala Harris as VP Pick

Washington, DC (August 11, 2020) — Today, Joe Biden announced that Sen. Kamala Harris will be his running mate.

“In spite of this historic nomination, a Biden-Harris ticket is one of the most left-wing, socialist tickets the Democrat Party has ever nominated. Let’s be clear about what the Biden-Harris ticket means for small businesses and our economy: The largest tax increase in history, a Green New Deal that would replace capitalism with socialism, a $15 minimum wage that would kill millions of jobs, and a government takeover of our healthcare system that would destroy the doctor-patient relationship. The contrast with President Trump couldn’t be clearer. Until the pandemic struck, President Trump’s pro-growth policies were fueling the best economy in history – the lowest unemployment rate in generations, the fastest wage growth in decades (with blue-collar workers making the biggest gains), and an all-time high stock market. We are starting a ‘V-shaped’ recovery, thanks to the President’s leadership, including his recent executive order suspending the payroll tax.  The left-wing Biden-Harris agenda, on the other hand, will turn a ‘V-shaped’ recovery into a ‘L-shaped’ depression.”
