Job Creators Network Slams Biden Administration’s Ban on Noncompete Clauses

“The Biden administration’s ban on noncompete clauses is the latest Biden blow to small businesses. Noncompete clauses offer vital protection for small businesses from having their intellectual property, trade secrets, and confidential information shared with competitors – often big businesses. Small businesses that succeed based on a secret and specific recipe of success are most threatened by this noncompete ban. This latest instance of Democratic big government executive overreach is an attack on the successful business models of entrepreneurs and the entire small business economy.”
