Job Creators Network “Congratulates” President Biden for Today’s Record Gas Prices

Alfredo Ortiz, president and CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement on the news today that average gas prices hit a record high of $4.37 a gallon:

“Congratulations, President Biden, on reaching the sad milestone today of record-high gas prices that are a millstone around Americans’ necks. This is yet another historic economic failure in his cratering economy. Biden promised not to raise taxes on middle-class Americans countless times, but runaway gas prices under his watch act as a significant, regressive tax on ordinary Americans. They are a direct result of his bad policies, including numerous restrictions on oil drilling and transportation as well as reckless spending that has caused historic inflation. Americans are thousands of dollars a year poorer due to these punishing gas prices, which show no sign of slowing down. Biden has no plan to deal with them and is completely captured by the radical green left.”
