Job Creators Network Applauds Passage of House Budget
Washington, D.C.—Today, the Job Creators Network applauds the passing of the budget in the House of Representatives. Lawmakers in Washington can now address the much anticipated tax relief legislation that will lower the tax rate for small businesses and hardworking American taxpayers.
Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of the Job Creators Network, released the following statement:
The passage of the budget through Congress marks a very important milestone on the path to achieving meaningful tax cuts for the 29 million small businesses and the 56 million hardworking taxpayers they employ. The current tax rate is simply unacceptable for our small business entrepreneurs. It’s restricting their ability to create jobs, invest back into their employees and expand the economy. It’s time for lawmakers in Washington to put party politics aside and pass tax relief legislation that everyone can support. Small business tax cuts are not a partisan issue, but an American issue. Let’s get it done before the end of the year.
