Hardworking employees already struggling with high inflation, falling real wages, and a Biden pay cut shouldn’t face the additional costs of the Biden Administration’s unconstitutional executive overreach. These costs will encourage employees to leave for companies with fewer than 100 employees not affected by this order, exacerbating the historic labor shortage. This issue exemplifies the division between big and small businesses. Big businesses don’t care about the direct and indirect costs of this mandate that can make or break small businesses and their employees.
