Phil Willard, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Job Creators Network

Phil is responsible for the overall financial planning and management of JCN to ensure that the organization is being operated within the guidelines set for nonprofit organizations. This includes short- and long-term planning to ensure the organization has the necessary resources to meet the goals and objectives of the organization.

Phil has more than 30 years of senior financial leadership with a strong diverse background in non-profits, manufacturing, and the service industry. Before joining JCN, Phil has held senior financial leadership positions with companies that range from Fortune 100 to small privately held companies.

Phil has also owned a small business and understands the challenges a small business owner faces and the vital economic importance they play in the American economy.

Phil is a graduate of Guilford College with a degree in Accounting and resides in North Carolina.
