Bob Luddy, Founder and President of CapitveAire Systems, Inc. Recognizing the demand for a quality manufacturer of kitchen ventilation equipment, Bob purchased a sheet metal shop in 1981 and transformed that into CaptiveAire Systems. Today, CaptiveAire employs more than 500 people with 60 offices nationwide and sales reaching close to $200 million in 2009. Bob continues to apply his entrepreneurial skills not only in his business, but also in the public sector.
