Associate Professor of Business at The King’s College in New York City and an experienced small business owner and management consultant. Professor Fotopulos also teaches graduate courses at the New York University Stern School of Business.
Prior to her full time teaching tenure, Ms. Fotopulos spent more than two decades as a senior executive, serial entrepreneur and management consultant. She has successfully launched over eighty different businesses and product lines across a spectrum of industries including financial services, consumer products, real estate development, high technology, and non-profits.
In the 1990’s, Ms. Fotopulos joined Citibank as Vice President in the Consumer Bank where she ran the Marketing Group for Corporate Card Products. At Citibank’s branch network, she specialized in turning around failing businesses.
For fifteen years, Ms. Fotopulos has been principal of DF Consulting, Inc. The firm informs board-level executives on organizational effectiveness through management audits and corporate interventions. These programs drive revenues, reduce costs, and improve cycle time and employee morale. Her clients include not profit organizations and private companies.
Ms. Fotopulos holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Cornell University and a Master’s of Business Administration in Management with distinction from the Stern School of New York University.
