Small Businesses Overwhelmingly Support Republican Tax Cut Bill

Congressional Republicans are working hard to pass their One Big, Beautiful Bill with historic tax cuts for small businesses and ordinary Americans at its heart. New Job Creators Network polling, conducted by leading pollsters Scott Rasmussen and John McLaughlin, reveals small businesses overwhelmingly support this effort:

• Margin of support among American small businesses for extending the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act: 4-1
• Margin of support among DEMOCRAT RUN small businesses for extending the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act: 3-1
• Share of small businesses who are likely to create jobs, expand operations, boost worker wages/benefits, or reinvest in their communities if the TCJA is extended: 70%
• Share of small businesses who support expanding the TCJA’s 20% small business tax deduction: 71%
• Share of small businesses who say eliminating taxes on tips and overtime will make it easier to hire workers: 63%
• Share of small businesses who are likely to delay expansion, get a loan, reduce inventory, reduce employees, or reduce hours/wages if the TCJA expires: 64%
