Small Businesses Urge Congress to Stop Corporate Transparency Act

Alfredo Ortiz, CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement urging Congress to stop the Corporate Transparency Act:

“The legal battle over the implementation of the Corporate Transparency Act is creating stress and uncertainty for small businesses who can’t keep up with the ongoing rulings regarding its legality. Congress must step up and stop this misguided and illegal law from taking effect. Doing so will provide small businesses with certainty and protect them from fines and even jail time for noncompliance with this law that nearly two-thirds don’t even know about, according to JCN polling.”
