Patrick Pizzella, Former Acting Labor Secretary, Joins Job Creators Network Board

Washington, D.C. (April 14, 2021)—Today, the Job Creators Network (JCN), a leading national small business advocacy organization, is pleased to announce that Patrick Pizzella will join the JCN board. JCN looks forward to the decades of experience and insight Pizzella will bring to the JCN leadership team.

Pizzella has had a notable career in the world of public policy, working in both the Reagan and George W. Bush administrations before starting his own consulting firm. He was later nominated by President Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate as a Member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority, and most recently was the Deputy and then acting Secretary of Labor under President Trump.

Alfredo Ortiz, JCN President and CEO, released the following statement:

“We are honored to welcome such an accomplished public servant and labor policy expert to the board of Job Creators Network. Pizzella’s experience in the public policy arena will strengthen JCN’s ability to advocate on behalf of the millions of small businesses across the country. With current efforts from the Biden Administration to enact numerous laws that will burden job creators, Pizzella will be a welcomed strategic asset to advance our mission.”
