LATEST PPI REPORT PROVES INFLATION STILL KILLING U.S. ECONOMY, JOB CREATORS NETWORK REACTS

Today, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics published its Producer Price Index (PPI) report, which revealed a 6.2 percent increase for 2022. Alfredo Ortiz, president and CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement:

“Despite a slight moderation, today’s PPI Report proves that Bidenflation is still draining the life out of the U.S. economy. After a difficult year marked by economic uncertainty and financial hardship for employers and employees alike, American small businesses continue to face a bleak future at the start of 2023. The historic levels of inflation that still plague the economy are the direct result of reckless spending by President Biden and the Congressional Democrats. The 118th Congress has a duty and obligation to the American people to do what they can to rein in spending in Washington and ease inflation.”
