Jobs Day: Still Much Work To Be Done

Bob Luddy, Founder and President of CaptiveAire Systems, Inc., and Job Creators Alliance leader, issued the following statement in response to today’s jobs report.

“Today’s jobs report is encouraging but there is still much work to be done. Fewer Americans are working full-time than were a year ago; more are working part time. The workforce participation rate remains virtually unchanged because too many are still dropping out of the workforce. In the end, jobs are being created far too slowly because there is far too much small business uncertainty. Until Washington adopts job creation policies reforming taxes and regulations, tapping domestic energy resources, rebuilding manufacturing, and more, we will not fuel true recovery of the American economy.”
