Job Creators Network Urges Small Business Committee to Pass the Prove it Act

Alfredo Ortiz, CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement in advance of Wednesday’s House Small Business Committee hearing on the Prove it Act:

“On behalf of small business owners across the country, Job Creators Network urges the House Small Business Committee to pass the Prove It Act to hold regulators accountable for harming Main Street. The Prove It Act will require regulators to follow the law and consider the disproportionate consequences of their actions on American entrepreneurs. It will finally give small businesses a seat at the rulemaking table. The Prove It Act is a key piece of President Trump’s broader deregulation push, and JCN looks forward to working with the House to pass it swiftly.”
