Job Creators Network Thanks Linda McMahon, America First Policy Institute for Supporting American Small Business Prosperity Plan
Alfredo Ortiz, president and CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement on Linda McMahon’s support for small business regulatory reform, a key component of Job Creators Network’s American Small Business Prosperity Plan:
“In September 2022, Job Creators Network and Newt Gingrich launched the American Small Business Prosperity Plan, a set of eight commonsense reforms to bring small businesses back and grow the economy. Even in today’s partisan era, these bipartisan provisions enjoy broad popular support and have the potential to become law. One key component of the American Small Business Prosperity Plan is small business regulatory reform that exempts small businesses from burdensome federal rules. As I explained, strengthening the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 and the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act (SBREFA) of 1996 are the best vehicles to implement this small business reform vision. In a Daily Caller op-ed today, Linda McMahon, former chair of the Small Business Administration and current chair of the America First Policy Institute, writes in support of that position. JCN thanks Ms. McMahon and AFPI for their support. A broad coalition is key to making the American Small Business Prosperity Plan a reality.”
