Job Creators Network Tells Small Business Owners “Help is on the Way” in USA Today Full-Page Ad

The advertisement coincides with the first day small businesses can apply for financial relief through the Paycheck Protection Program

Washington, DC (April 2, 2020)— On Friday, Job Creators Network (JCN) will be running a full-page ad in USA Today with the message, “Help is On the Way for Small Businesses” (to see the ad, click here). The ad informs small businesses of the newly available forgivable loan program that was passed as part of the CARES Act last week. Called the Paycheck Protection Program, small businesses can begin applying for their portion of the allocated $349 billion on Friday. The advertisement–featuring the tagline “Main Street Strong. We’re Open”–encourages small business owners to visit JobCreatorsNetwork.com to learn about key details of the forgivable loan program and find the answers to questions like:

  • Are you eligible to get a forgivable loan as part of the government’s Paycheck Protection Program?

  • How much money can you apply to receive?

  • How much of the loan is forgivable?

  • Where do you apply for the loan?

  • Are there other government benefits available?

Alfredo Ortiz, JCN President and CEO, released the following statement:

“JCN has been working with Administration and Congressional leaders to make sure the federal relief packages included small businesses. Now, we are providing a one-stop shop for small businesses with all of the resources they need to help weather the coronavirus outbreak. On behalf of the small business community we are very grateful to the Small Business Administration and the Treasury Department for working to get the Paycheck Protection Program guidelines and application process out quickly. JCN will continue to do everything we can to support the backbone of the U.S. economy: small businesses. Because, as our USA Today ad reiterates, Small Business Is Too Big To Fail.”
