Job Creators Network Supports Trump’s UN Call For Cheap Traditional Energy

Alfredo Ortiz, CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement in response to President Trump’s Tuesday speech at the United Nations, where he called on advanced economies to support cheap traditional energy: 

“President Trump is right to champion the use of cheap, traditional energy and admonish world leaders for raising energy prices on their small businesses and residents in their quest to control the climate. Energy costs are a painful tax on small businesses and families, but thanks to Trump’s energy dominance agenda, gas prices are at multi-year lows. By reducing over-regulation, restoring domestic energy production, and rolling back costly green mandates, the Trump administration is putting downward pressure on utility and fuel prices.

“Due to cheaper energy prices, American small businesses can protect their profit margins, and families can enjoy a high quality of life. In contrast, many Europeans can’t afford to heat their homes or run their factories due to the continent’s backwards green energy policies. The global community is fortunate to have Trump as its leader, and hopefully other world leaders will heed his energy call.”
