Alfredo Ortiz, CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement opposing The Faster Labor Contracts Act:

“The Faster Labor Contracts Act threatens small businesses and employees with top-down government control of labor relations. This government overreach incentivizes unions not to compromise in their demands, knowing that arbitrators will step in to force their hands on an expedited timeline. The resurrection of this PRO Act provision will hurt small businesses, economic growth, and job opportunities. We’re disappointed to see so many Republicans support it and call on them to put the small businesses and employees who voted for them first.”
