Job Creators Network Responds to November Jobs Reports
Alfredo Ortiz, CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement in response to the November jobs reports, which showed 64,000 jobs created, the unemployment rate increased to 4.6%, and the labor force participation rate increased to 62.5%:
“The slow labor market reflects a small business economy still struggling to beat the hangover from the Biden administration’s affordability crisis. However, the onset of numerous pro-growth policies, including lower interest rates, low inflation, deregulation, falling gas prices, and tax cuts, will give America’s small business job creation engine the fuel it needs to improve hiring in the months ahead. The current labor market picture shows Republicans must double down on these pro-small-business policies, including passing House healthcare reform legislation that expands association health plans, breaking a major Main Street shackle.
“In positive news, Tuesday’s report shows President Trump has succeeded more than any conservative before him at shrinking the bloated federal government. Federal government employment is down by 271,000 since reaching a high in January. That means tremendous savings for taxpayers and regulatory relief for small businesses. Trump deserves accolades from all limited government supporters for this accomplishment.”
