Job Creators Network Recognizes National Small Business Week
Alfredo Ortiz, CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement in recognition of National Small Business Week:
“National Small Business Week is an opportunity to celebrate the entrepreneurs who are the backbone of America’s economy. Small businesses create nearly two-thirds of new jobs and are the engine of growth and upward mobility. These community pillars have faced so many challenges in recent years, and they deserve the support of Americans from all backgrounds.
“In recognition of all small businesses do for the American economy, Congress must expand and make permanent the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act as soon as possible. This legislation has been a lifeline for small businesses over the past few years, and its extension will give entrepreneurs the breathing room needed to grow, hire, invest, and power the economy to new heights. The best way to honor small businesses this week is by advancing the TCJA extension.”
