Job Creators Network Reacts to Biden’s Win in South Carolina Primary

Washington, D.C. (February 29, 2020)— Former Vice President Joe Biden won tonight’s South Carolina primary, keeping him alive in the Democratic presidential contest.
Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of the Job Creators Network, released the following statement:
“Joe Biden’s win shows that Democrats remain split whether they want immediate socialism under Bernie Sanders or gradual socialism under Biden and the so-called ‘moderates’ – but either scenario would be a disaster for America’s 90-million-strong small business community, which has benefited tremendously from President Trump’s pro-growth policies.
To be clear, only in today’s Democratic Party would Biden be considered a ‘moderate.’ He has bought hook-line-and-sinker into the far-left agenda, from repealing the Trump tax cuts, to doubling the minimum wage, to a gradual government takeover of our healthcare system through the ‘public option.’
The debate between capitalism and socialism is pivotal to America’s future, and we are seeing that debate play out in the Democratic primaries.  Then it will ramp up during the general campaign against President Trump.  JCN will continue pushing the message that ‘Socialism takes, Capitalism creates.’”
