Job Creators Network Reacts to Biden Presser on Jobs Report

Washington, DC (April 1, 2022)— Today, President Biden held a press conference about the March jobs report.

Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of the Job Creators Network, released the following statement: 

“President Biden continues to take credit for things he has little to do with and refuses to take responsibility for things he has caused.  When it comes to job gains, that is a function of our economy gradually recovering from the pandemic.  When it comes to comes to inflation, that has little to do with Vladimir Putin – as Biden claims; inflation is a function of Biden’s record spending spree – a spree that will accelerate under his $5.8 trillion budget plan. That plan also contains a $2.5 trillion tax hike that will reverse the job growth we’ve experienced and create the first ‘stagflation’ since the ‘70’s. Biden and Congress should make the 2017 tax cuts permanent.  That is the best path to ensure our prosperity.”
