Job Creators Network Praises House Republicans’ Tax Plan

Alfredo Ortiz, CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement on House Republicans’ new tax plan:

“The House Republicans’ tax plan to make the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act permanent and cut taxes on Main Street is a major win for American small businesses. House Republicans listened to Job Creators Network and small businesses and have called for expanding the expiring 20% small business tax deduction that has been a lifeline for Main Street over the past few years. They also listened to JCN and other conservative voices and refused to raise taxes on successful small businesses, an idea that had been foolishly bantered around by some Democrats in Republican clothing recently.”

“By increasing this tax deduction to 22%, small businesses can keep more of their money to expand, hire, and raise wages — and usher in the next economic Golden Age.
