Atlanta, GA — Job Creators Network (JCN) today announced it will partner with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for the Chamber’s 11th annual America’s Small Business Summit, which will bring together hundreds of small business owners, managers, and local chamber leaders from across the country. As a summit event partner, JCN will help provide summit attendees with opportunities to learn, network, and participate in a variety of thought-provoking sessions on leadership, innovation, and small business policy.
“When bad public policy harms job creation, it hurts everyone from the business owner to the employees, ” said Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of JCN. “JCN’s mission is to encourage entrepreneurs to teach the values of free enterprise in their workplaces, empowering employees to help steer our government away from policies that kill jobs and everyone’s prosperity.”
This year’s America’s Small Business Summit, taking place June 8 – 10 in Washington, D.C., will once again provide access to the experiences and perspectives of successful entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, keynote speakers, and other small business owners to enable participants to successfully manage and grow their businesses and to navigate and participate in the policy discussions affecting their own business communities.
“Job creators must learn to assume a stronger voice in their communities, and the communities they’ve created – their workplaces,” said Ortiz. “We are very pleased to partner with the U.S. Chamber for the Small Business Summit and I look forward to helping the small business attendees find ways to speak with bigger voices.”
At the summit, the Chamber will also announce the winner of its DREAM BIG Small Business of the Year Award, sponsored by Sam’s Club®, and a $10,000 cash prize courtesy of the U.S. Chamber. More information on the award program and the summit is available here.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world’s largest business federation representing the interests of more than 3 million businesses of all sizes, sectors, and regions, as well as state and local chambers and industry associations.
