Job Creators Network Foundation Submits Filing to Supreme Court Requesting it Reject Government’s Student Loan Stay Request
This week, Job Creators Network Foundation submitted a filing to the Supreme Court of the United States asking it to reject the Biden administration’s request to stay a district court decision blocking its illegal student loan bailout. The filing also asks the Supreme Court to hold oral hearings for its case on the same day as those scheduled for a challenge to the program by a collection of state attorneys general.
Elaine Parker, president of Job Creators Network Foundation, released the following statement:
“The Biden administration is desperately trying to stay a district court decision blocking its illegal student loan bailout so that it can get funds out to borrowers before the program is ultimately struck down. The Supreme Court should reject this cynical attempt to claim victory and block the administration’s stay application. To ultimately resolve the legality of the student loan bailout on the merits, the Supreme Court should also set our case for oral arguments on the same day as the challenge to the program by a collection of state attorneys general.”
