Job Creators Network Foundation Continues its “Flatten the Fear” Campaign

The campaign to reengage society consists of a full-page NYT ad and national Fox Business commercial

Washington, D.C. (June 8, 2020) — The Job Creators Network Foundation (JCNF) is continuing its “Flatten the Fear” campaign to encourage Americans to reengage with society as the economy starts to open up from the pandemic.

On Monday, JCNF is running a full-page ad in The New York Times and a national commercial on Fox Business. The commercial, which has been circulating online, features seven physicians that share their expert opinion on the importance of flattening the fear that surrounds Covid-19 and reopening Main Street.

The full-page ad features an open letter penned by Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of the Job Creators Network. In part, the letter reads:

“Together we flattened the Covid-19 curve, but we now face a new challenge: flattening the fear. Our nation is slowly opening up, but more than half of the country is paralyzed by fear of the virus. If we let that fear continue, the consequences could be just as dire as the disease. It’s time to get back to living and reengaging with society.”

As part of the “Flatten the Fear” campaign’s launch on Friday, JCNF also erected a billboard in New York City’s Times Square, ran a commercial on social media and launched a new website, FlattentheFear.com.
