Job Creators Network Foundation Commends Court Injunction on Biden’s Student Loan Bailout Workaround

Elaine Parker, president of Job Creators Network Foundation, released the following statement in response to two federal judges blocking President Biden’s student loan workaround:

“The federal judges who blocked Biden’s student loan bailout workaround are upholding the rule of law against an ongoing attack by President Biden. Biden has lawlessly ignored the Supreme Court, which struck down his original student loan bailout in response to a lawsuit brought by JCNF, in a desperate attempt to buy votes. Stopping this workaround holds the president accountable. It also preserves the opportunity to address the root cause of the college loan crisis: unaccountable colleges that overcharge students.”
