Job Creators Network Celebrates National Small Business Week
Washington, DC (September 23, 2020) — President Trump has officially proclaimed the week of September 20-26 to be “National Small Business Week.”
Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of the Job Creators Network (JCN), released the following statement:
“With America celebrating National Small Business Week, it’s time to recognize those serving on the frontlines of our economy. When the pandemic struck, it took a brutal toll on America’s small business owners and employees. The Paycheck Protection Program – the centerpiece of President Trump’s relief efforts – saved 51 million jobs, but millions of others were still lost. And even with America turning the corner, as many as half of small businesses will not reopen. That is why it’s so important to continue safely reopening society, as America’s health experts repeatedly tell us. The JCN Foundation’s ‘Flatten the Fear’ campaign is taking that message directly to the people, putting a microphone in front of physicians who say it’s safe to reengage. We’re also taking a prominent role in the election, educating and motivating voters about the importance of small business issues and economic security. Our “Keep America America” campaign is pushing conservatives to get out and vote and support the policies that will make America stronger than ever.”
