This phase 3 of relief is a tremendous help to America’s small business community and will provide a bridge back to a healthy economy.  As President Trump has repeatedly said, small businesses are the engine that drives the U.S. economy. This isn’t a bailout for small business and its employees; it’s a lifeline. As lawmakers consider future and additional options should they be needed, JCN advocates for a targeted payroll tax cut – good through the end of the year – for businesses and employees with no more than a hundred workers. That additional legislation would benefit employers as well as employees and keep America growing during these difficult times.”
