Job Creators Network Applauds Senate for Repealing Vaccine Mandate

Washington, DC (December 9, 2021) – On Wednesday night, the Senate voted to repeal President Biden’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate for private businesses.

“JCN thanks the 52 Senators who voted to repeal President Biden’s illegal and destructive vaccine mandate. This sends an important message to the Biden Administration: Your mandate is opposed not only by the public and the small business community, it’s opposed by most Senators and Senators in both parties. The fight continues, however, as we await a ruling by the Sixth Circuit.  JCN’s lawsuit against the mandate was folded into the lawsuit before the Sixth Circuit and we expect a ruling soon. The Administration is waging a ‘War on Small Business’ and we will continue fighting against it on all fronts.”
