This legislation requires federal agencies to follow the law and analyze the impacts of their regulations on small businesses, and it nullifies rules that don’t follow this process. It finally gives small businesses a seat at the table in federal rulemaking and is a crucial component of the broader deregulation effort. JCN will continue fighting for this important small business legislation until it becomes law.”
