JOB CREATORS NETWORK APPLAUDS EIGHTH CIRCUIT’S EXPEDITED CONSIDERATION OF STAY MOTION IN VACCINE MANDATE LAWSUIT

Washington, DC (November 10, 2021) — Today, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals granted a request for expedited consideration of a stay motion in the lawsuits filed over the private employer vaccine mandate.

Alfredo Ortiz, JCN President and CEO, released the following statement:

“Shortly after we called out the Biden Admin for scoffing at a court order, the Eighth Circuit sped up briefing on our stay motion challenging OSHA’s illegal vax mandate. The court could grant a stay as early as Monday.  As the leading small business advocacy organization—and the first to fight this illegal vaccine mandate—we are thrilled to see the court moving so quickly.”
