JCN REBUKES BIDEN FOR MAKING EXCUSES OVER JOBS REPORT – POINTS TO TRUMP’S RECORD AS REAL “PROGRESS”
Today, President Biden held a press event to discuss the September jobs report.
Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of the Job Creators Network (JCN), released the following statement:
“President Biden continues to make excuses for his disastrous record on jobs. As we move past the worst of the pandemic, job creation should be surging; instead, it’s slowing down – with the September’s jobs numbers being the worst of Biden’s presidency and wage growth continuing to trail inflation. These numbers represent failure – but Biden didn’t acknowledge any failure at today’s press conference. Instead, he laughably claimed they represented “progress.” If he wants to consider real progress, he should look at President Trump’s pre-pandemic record, characterized by surging job creation and wage growth especially among minorities and ordinary Americans. In contrast to Biden’s agenda, President Trump’s tax cuts and deregulation results in the best economic prosperity of the 21st century. That’s “progress,” Joe.”
