JCN PRESIDENT ALFREDO ORTIZ BLASTS BIDEN’S SPEECH ON ECONOMY

Today, President Biden delivered a speech on the economy in Cleveland.

Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of the Job Creators Network (JCN), released the following statement: 

“President Biden claimed, ‘the Biden economic plan is working’ in today’s speech. What Biden economic plan?  Biden has a plan to increase government spending but that’s not an economic plan. Biden keeps bragging about job creation since he took office – but unemployment remains high because Biden continues to pay people to sit on the couch.  Biden also called for Congress to pass a $15 minimum wage and the PRO Act – even though both bills would be job killers. In the same speech Biden slandered the 2017 tax cut, even though it created the best economy in history.  Biden’s tax hikes would slow economic growth and hurt small businesses in particular.  Big Government policies failed during the Jimmy Carter era and they will fail again if Biden has his way.”
