Inflation Hits 39 Year High, Consumer Price Index Shows, Job Creators Network Reacts

Washington, DC (December 10, 2021) – Today, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics released the Consumer Price Index for November. The all items index showed a 6.8% increase for the last 12 months, marking a 39 year high.

Alfredo Ortiz, president and CEO of Job Creators Network (JCN), released the following statement: 

“Today’s CPI release marks yet another dangerous milestone for Biden’s presidency, inflation has increased 6.8% since this time last year, the largest 12-month increase in nearly 40 years. JCN has been warning of rising inflation since Biden began his spending and money printing spree. Now that the Fed has finally decided to stop gaslighting the American people on inflation being ‘transitory’ it’s time to face the facts: Biden’s Build Back Better bill will make inflation worse. The bloated spending and tax hikes on the middle class and small businesses will halt economic recovery. At this rate, it seems like Biden’s goal is to do everything he can to make the Carter economy look good.”
