Former HHS Secretary Dr. Tom Price Reacts to Affordable Care Act Surviving Latest Challenge in Supreme Court

Washington, D.C. (June 17, 2021)- Today, the Supreme Court dismissed a challenge to the Affordable Care Act.

“We are disappointed that the Supreme Court chose yet again to duck the question of constitutionality of Obamacare by ruling today that the plaintiffs lack standing.
