Court Strikes Down Biden Administration’s Woke Loan Effort, Protects Small Businesses

Alfredo Ortiz, president and CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement in response to federal courts striking down the Biden administration’s minority small business loan program:

 “The court’s decision to strike down the Biden administration’s minority lending program is a great victory for American small businesses. This decision protects all American small businesses’ access to funding, no matter the race or intrinsic characteristics of their owners. The Biden administration was attempting to put wokeness over fairness and the beliefs of the ivory tower over Main Street. This decision is yet another reminder of why we need a judiciary with strong constitutional principles to check Democrats increasing executive overreach.”
