Atlanta to Host MLB World Series Following Braves Weekend Win. Job Creators Network President Alfredo Ortiz Reacts

Earlier this year, the MLB All-Star Game was ripped from the Atlanta community following political misinformation on voting laws

Washington, DC (October 25, 2021) — Over the weekend, the Atlanta Braves had a pennant-winning game, sending the MLB World Series to Atlanta, Georgia.

Alfredo Ortiz, President and CEO of Job Creators Network, released the following statement:

“The fact that the Atlanta Braves are playing in the World Series demonstrates the absurdity and hypocrisy of MLB’s decision to move the All-Star Game out of Atlanta. Is MLB going to move the World Series out of Atlanta?  Of course not, because that would actually hurt the MLB. MLB’s decision to move the All-Star Game was pure virtue-signaling to appease left-wing activists, and it ended up costing the Greater Atlanta area $100 million in revenue. That’s why Job Creators Network sued MLB – to hold MLB accountable, on behalf of Greater Atlanta small businesses.  Despite MLB’s best efforts, Atlanta-area small businesses are now enjoying the last laugh, reaping significant economic rewards for the Braves’ deep playoff run. Yet for some small businesses, this is too little, too late. Now would be a perfect time for MLB to apologize to the small businesses of Atlanta.”
