Yet Another Unlawful Student Loan Bailout

The Biden Administration has introduced yet another student loan bailout, pushing Biden’s total loan forgiveness to a staggering $167 billion. This figure doesn’t even include his unsuccessful attempt, which the Supreme Court rejected following JCNF’s lawsuit.

As JCNF president Elaine Parker told the Washington Post, this is “lawless and defies the Supreme Court and Congress.”

“It is merely a vote-buying exercise. Taxpayer forgiveness of college debt only exacerbates the student loan crisis by giving colleges a blank check to continue overcharging students.”

It seems like Biden isn’t done, but we will continue to do everything we can to fight these lawless actions.
