Saved from Biden’s SAVE Plan

Ever since the Supreme Court blocked Biden’s first student loan bailout after JCN’s lawsuit, Biden has been trying everything he can to subvert the ruling. His most recent plan was the SAVE Act, which was a ‘repayment’ plan that required very little actual repayment. 

As Elaine Parker told Inside Higher Ed, the SAVE plan “threatened the rule of law and gave colleges a blank check to keep on overcharging. The appeals court has stood up for ordinary taxpayers and current and future college students by blocking President Biden’s lawless student loan bailout workaround.”
