A Massive Win for Small Businesses

One particular achievement that has small businesses cheering is the Trump administration’s decision not to enforce the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), a burdensome Biden-era reporting regulation that threatened Main Street with massive fines and even jail time for noncompliance.
