Nicole Wolter is the President & CEO of HM Manufacturing in Wauconda, Illinois. She became the CEO of her father’s 38-year-old business in early 2018, and says recent tax cuts have enabled her business to grow even more. “We were able to provide all of our employees with bonuses, raises, and 100%-paid health care.” HM Manufacturing is also investing in new machinery, as well as hiring new staff to work the machinery. HM Manufacturing is a prime example that tax cuts work.
