Member Spotlight: Carlos Gazitua, President of Sergio’s Restaurant
Carlos Gazitua is the President of Sergio’s Restaurant in South Florida. Running his family business has been a challenging but exciting journey. Gazitua’s chain is growing and expanding with plans for a fast casual version of this Miami staple currently in the works. According to Carlos, taxes and regulations are big hurdles to cross when it comes to running this Cuban food chain–and recent tax cuts have helped Sergio’s invest more in the growth of the company and its employees.
