Founding and Managing Partner of Fensterstock & Partners LLP, a complex commercial litigation boutique established in 1998. Blair C. Fensterstock received his J.D. degree from Columbia Law School in 1975, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and his A.B. degree from Bowdoin College in 1972, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Fensterstock has served as General Counsel of Frank B. Hall & Co., Inc., Associate General Counsel in charge of litigation at Reliance Group Holdings, Inc., was a partner at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, and was an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Dewey Ballantine.
Mr. Fensterstock is Liaison Counsel on all of the civil litigation arising out of the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center and has special expertise in the areas of taxation, insurance, reinsurance, employment, securities, trade secret and confidential information, defamation, construction, and product liability litigation. Mr. Fensterstock has litigated and arbitrated disputes throughout the United States, and in England, the Hague, Brazil, and Puerto Rico, among other venues.
Mr. Fensterstock has appeared as a speaker and panelist on ABC, NBC, CNN, Fox Business News, and Bloomberg News, among others, and has been published on many legal issues.
