Business Provides Free Insulin Amid Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to wreak havoc on the economy. New data released this morning reveals an additional 5.2 million Americans filed for unemployment benefits last week—bringing the four-week total up to 22 million. Private businesses continue to step-up and contribute what they can to the relief effort.

Novo Nordisk—a company that operates an insulin manufacturing facility in North Carolina—is offering diabetic patients who have lost their health insurance amid the pandemic free insulin for up to 90 days. Learn more here.
